For users of our SITEPOL (Site Engineer) mobile application, we may collect device-related information such as device ID and location data when the user voluntarily checks in at a project site. Location data is collected strictly for attendance verification and site presence confirmation purposes.

deejosengineers.com collects information from our clients primarily to ensure that we are able to fulfill your requirements and to deliver personalized experience.
For employees and site engineers using the SITEPOL application, location information is used solely to verify on-site presence during check-in and check-out. Location tracking is activated only when the engineer manually performs a check-in action within the application. The application does not continuously track location in the background outside of active check-in sessions.
With whom the site shares the information it collects/tracks?
The information collected from any of our clients is shared with their approval to individuals and organizations. deejosengineers.com does not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information at the individual level regarding its customers to any third party. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security and revealed unless you want it to. We are also bound to cooperate fully, when a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer.

Location Tracking & Site Attendance Monitoring
SITEPOL (Site Engineer App) includes a site attendance feature that verifies whether an engineer is physically present at an assigned project location.
- Location data is collected only at the time of check-in.
- Continuous background tracking is not performed.
- Location data is used strictly for operational, attendance, and project monitoring purposes.
- Location information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
- Location records are stored securely and accessed only by authorized company personnel.
By using the SITEPOL application and performing a check-in, users consent to this location verification process.
